Benefits
The YewdaleDefiant® C45 electric cassette blind with side channels features a low-voltage Yewdale motor as standard and is finished with either a square or rounded headbox. Designed for top or face fixing, the C45 accommodates a 40 mm grooved aluminium barrel housing the 24 V DC Yewdale motor, which is controlled via a switch or transformer that may be surface or flush-mounted. The fabric is secured in a groove within the barrel, with studs at the edges to retain it within the side channels, and is finished with an aluminium teardrop bottom bar. Hardware is supplied in black or white as standard.
Simple to install, the C45 provides a luxurious shading solution. Installation time is reduced using our goalpost method: the side channels connect to the headbox to form a rigid frame, which can then be installed directly to the wall or within a recess.
