    Account Manager

    We are a family-run business specialising in high-quality commercial shading and screening products.

    At Yewdale, client relationships are a top priority. We are currently looking for a personable Account Manager to support our Business Development Managers ensuring that our customers are given the highest level of service.


    • Generate reports on customer spend and product split
    • Endorse growth plans and identify new ways to improve
    • Handle calls and enquiries from customers
    • Maintain in house systems to ensure they are up to date
    • Provide cover for absence within the team
    • Ensure customers are given highest levels of service and maintained as loyal clients


    • Experience within a sales or customer service role
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Have a proactive and problem-solving approach
    • Ability to multitask
    • Excellent customer service

    Location & Hours:

    • Based at our Head Office in Wickford, Essex
    • Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
