Following an external audit over several days, we were accessed on the seven principles of quality management, which are:

  • Leadership
  • Process approach
  • Improvement
  • Evidence-based decision making
  • Relationship management

By following these principles, our customers are assured that they will receive high levels of customer satisfaction from receiving consistent, quality products.
