As the holiday season approaches, we want to inform you of some important dates regarding our operations during this period. We will close for the holiday break at the close of business on Friday, 22nd of December, resuming regular business hours on the 3rd of January.
Final Deliveries Before Holidays: To ensure that you receive your orders before we close for the holidays, please note that our last delivery day will be on Friday, 22nd of December. Our final dispatch day is on the preceding Thursday.
Cutoff for Component Orders: For those looking to place orders for components, please be aware that the cutoff time is 4 pm on Thursday, 21st of December. Orders placed after this time may not be dispatched until we return from the holiday break.
Made-to-Measure Orders: We understand the importance of timely delivery for made-to-measure orders of commercial blinds, curtain tracks, cubicle tracks and anti-ligature products. We highly recommend placing your orders as soon as possible to ensure that we can produce and deliver them to you before our holiday closure.
While we strive to meet all deadlines, please be aware that we cannot provide a precise cutoff date for these made-to-measure orders due to potential fluctuations in the volume of orders we receive and the impact this has on our production capacity.
Please speak to your Account Manager regarding the latest date to order made-to-measure systems. Our team will work diligently to produce as many orders as possible in the lead-up to the holidays.
