It’s that time again for the latest edition of OnTrack. Catch up on everything Yewdale, from product launches and trade shows to our carbon reduction plans and internal news. We’ve been very busy over the past three months, and we’ve loved every minute of it.

A sneak preview

We’re over halfway through the year and into the busy season for the blinds industry. Summer brings more sunlight, glare and solar heat, making blinds and curtains a high priority. We’ve been expanding our production capacity and installing new blind cutting tables to handle spikes in demand and large orders.

In this edition, we discuss our new warehouse and how it has helped the wider business move towards more efficient ways of working.

We constantly aim to build long-lasting relationships with our staff and our customers. With this in mind, we are extremely excited about the changes we’re making to the business because they will lead to happier staff and an improved service for our customers.

In this edition on OnTrack, we also include two examples of our Customer Care team going above and beyond to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. It’s a great insight into the level of support we provide all our customers after they've received their orders.

Lifesaving products for mental health environments

We have released two brand new YewdaleKestrel® products designed for high-risk environments with a risk of violence and self-harm.

We also discuss the annual testing of our load release systems and who is responsible for this. We have made a big change which you should read if you have any YewdaleKestrel® products.
