If you require a uniformed view on the outside but want to enjoy the colour inside, then the white back range is for you.  Available in 10 colours with a crisp white backing which has outstanding solar reflection properties, you can have a range of colour schemes across floors or even between rooms preventing a patchwork exterior.

We recommend ordering physical samples as some fabric colours may appear differently online.

YewdaleDefiant® Eden Blackout White Back fabric is a simple way to achieve exterior uniformity whilst allowing for individual colour schemes within. The white acrylic foam coating on the back blocks sunlight from entering, casting the room into darkness. It is fire retardant, odourless and comes with a lifetime warranty.

Another benefit of having a white-backed fabric is the increased levels of solar reflectance which reduces interior heat levels and protects furniture in the room whatever colour is chosen. The colour fabric front directly pairs with the Eden Blackout Colour Backed range and matches selected colours in the Eden Daylight fabric range, helping to maintain continuity across spaces that require different yet coherent levels of shading.

  • Colourfast: Conforms to BS5867 – 1: 2004 for lightfastness when tested in accordance with ISO 105-B02:1999
  • Care Instructions: Wipe with damp sponge. Do not tumble dry; Do not dry clean; Do not iron

Please note that when welding this fabric to create a join, it can only be accomplished via two methods; conventional stitching or ultrasonic bonding.

Please be aware if the blinds are not installed straight after delivery, creasing could occur whilst the blinds remain rolled up due to the nature of the fabric. Rest assured, this should drop out after 2-3 weeks from the point of installation.
