That’s why we design and manufacture our blinds, curtain tracks, anti-ligature products and cubicle systems with a firm focus on durability, reliability, and ease of installation built in – right from day one.

Our focus has always been on commercial environments, where products tend to face frequent use, tougher requirements, and busier conditions. We select materials carefully, refine mechanisms through ongoing development, and put every system through rigorous testing so you can trust it to perform under daily pressure. Our goal is to ensure you spend less time dealing with faults and more time progressing through your workload.

 

2. A lifetime warranty that enhances confidence

Our lifetime warranty exists for one purpose: to give you long-term reassurance. We don’t offer it as a marketing headline – we offer it because we have confidence in our products. We know how they’re built, how they perform over time, and how important it is for you to know we’re always here if something goes wrong.

If an issue arises, we act quickly. Often, that means dispatching replacement parts the next day to help you stay on schedule. And when we say ‘lifetime’, we really mean it. For us, a warranty should remove friction no matter when the issue happens. Many suppliers provide 5-year warranties; we go further because we’ve seen our products stand the test of time.

 

3. Customer support, every step of the way

No project ever runs 100% perfectly. Parts can be misplaced, last-minute changes can happen, and a detail you didn’t anticipate may need attention. In those moments, having someone respond quickly – and understand exactly what you’re talking about – makes a huge difference. 4. Deliveries when you need them

Delivery timing can make or break a busy day, which is why we operate our own fleet. This enables you to plan confidently around installation windows, access restrictions, tight schedules, and urgent requests. You’ll know you’re dealing with people who understand the importance of prompt service. 

Our Elite Delivery Service covers most of mainland UK. We clock up almost 800,000 miles each year, with drivers sometimes covering 250–300 miles per day. Customers receive live tracking and real-time updates via SMS or email, and have confidence that their driver won’t simply drop and run – they’ll engage with you, check you’re happy, and make sure the delivery reaches the right place.
