Shaun's goal is to provide world-class customer service. He works behind the scenes to find best practices and analyse how we communicate to customers. He is the go-to for resolving after-sales queries. In his spare time, Shaun likes to watch and play various sports. He also loves attending gigs.

Dan - Customer Care Executive

Dan began his Yewdale career in the production team, and then joined the sales team as an Estimator. He's shown just how adaptable he is as he's now part of the Customer Care team. 

Danny - Customer Care Executive

Danny started in the warehouse as a Goods In operative, then moved to Estimating and now resides in Customer Care. Currently, he works to find the best ways to not only solve people's issues and problems but to be proactive in stopping them from happening in the first place.

Joely - Customer Care Executive

Joely responds to customer queries and issues and work with the team to resolve them as quickly as she can. She helps manage the Customer Care inbox and work together with other departments to resolve issues and prevent them from happening again.
