SUPPORT - Do you supply fitting instructions?

To reduce our carbon footprint, we decided to stop printing fitting instructions. We were sending instructions with all orders of made-to-measure Yewdale systems, creating stacks of paper. The production of paper not only requires cutting down trees but is also an energy-intensive process that emits carbon dioxide.

Moving forward, your order will include a small card with a QR code that you can scan. This code will lead you to a library where you can find the fitting instructions you require. If you type in the first three characters of a product's part number, such as R20, you will see the relevant instructions, which you can then download and use to guide you through the installation process.
