Product Focus:

YewdaleDefiant® Roe Fabric

The YewdaleDefiant® Roe fabric is a popular and exciting blind fabric that can be used for a diverse set of environments but particularly excels in workplaces and offices.

Roe fabric is comprised of 70% PVC and 30% polyester, woven together to create a screen fabric.

Screen fabric is ideal for offices and homes alike, stopping glare from the sun but allowing in some natural light. The level of light allowed in is measured as a percentage and Roe fabric has two levels to choose from.

Roe 1% allows in just one percent of light, and likewise with Roe 3%.

Another reason Roe is so popular in corporate environments is due to the quite neutral palette of colours the fabric is available in. White, beige, light grey, mid-grey, dark grey, bronze and charcoal are all neat and corporate colours that look perfect in offices, boardrooms and reception areas.

Roe fabric also has GREENGUARD certification, meaning that the plastics do not emit harmful indoor air pollution. It is fire retardant to BS5867 standards and is suitable for moist conditions, which allows it to be wiped clean.

This fabric is a shading solution made for places with glaring sunlight that makes working conditions unpleasant for staff. Paired with a robust The YewdaleDefiant® blind system, this fabric becomes a vital part of a working office environment.
