Every Yewdale customer has a Business Development Executive. As a member of the sales team they’re sometimes described as ‘salesmen’ but this isn’t entirely accurate. Their title is Business Development Executive because they are a tool at your disposal to help develop your business, expanding the opportunities available to you through the capabilities of Yewdale’s systems. They work tirelessly for their customers, are always happy to help and have expert product knowledge. They also have been known to drop in on customers at random with pizzas or doughnuts.

Back at the office and behind every Business Development Executive is a support team consisting of Business Development Managers and After Sales Support, ready to help you every step of the way and ensuring you can always keep in touch with Yewdale.

Same Day Delivery

Located within a three hour radius from Yewdale? We can deliver products to you for those jobs where you needed the product yesterday. We offer same day delivery on a range of products. Read about a recent example here.

Training Courses, Support & Free Technical Advice

We don’t like to just arm you with our great systems, pat you on the back and leave you to it. It’s not how we do things. We are always happy to help our customers and are only ever a phone call away if you’d like to check something or ask a question. If things get a little more technical on the job, we’re never adverse to talking you through it, just give us a call for onsite support.

For our anti-ligature systems, we insist all installers attend a YewdaleKestrel® anti-ligature course for key systems, with refresher courses afterwards. This ensures you are up-to-date with any developments and completely competent with installing our systems.

Plenty of Support Material

We give you so much information on our products you’ll be as knowledgeable as our Business Development Executives. We have brochures, price guides, fitting guides, support videos and fabric selectors which are all crammed with information. We are also able to offer personalised branding for your business to help you market our products in your own style.
