- What guarantee do you offer?
Yewdale has a Lifetime Warranty on most of its systems (since April 2013), prior to this the systems carried a five year warranty.
- How do I open a credit account?
Visit the credit application tab at the top of this page and fill in the form which can then be submitted to the Accounts department by clicking on the 'Submit' button and they will be in touch shortly.
- Can you deliver to me early in the day?
We have four types of delivery charges for the UK; standard from 8 till 5, pre 10:30am, pre noon and Saturday delivery. See the inside of your Trade price list for more detail.
- What are your lead times on orders?
Our lead times are three working days for standard blinds and curtain tracks, please allow extra days for large orders (10 or more) or ring for confirmation.
- Do you supply fitting instructions?
We provide fitting instructions with all of our systems when purchased from us so as to ensure the product can be fitted correctly and as per manufacturer's specification.

- Do you charge for carriage?
Made to Measure Orders over £200 or Component Orders over £700 are delivered Free of Charge, otherwise a small one off carriage charge of £8 applies.
