Further to our communication in May regarding an amendment to our client discount, as of the 2nd of August 2021, our trade prices will be subject to a 5% increase.

Why are we doing this?

As previously mentioned, there are significant global factors outside of our control affecting the industry and remain prevalent in today’s marketplace.

  • Shipping delays and an exponential increase in transport costs
  • Shortage of and a rise in cost for raw materials

What is Yewdale doing to help

At Yewdale, we’re a complete system provider - supporting local manufacturing and production. As we’re at the beginning of the supply chain we’ve done our best to stay transparent to our customers and update you of any challenges in good time.

This year we have weathered a large number of cost increases and have worked hard to dilute the impact on our customers as much as possible. In a climate that doesn’t seem to be improving in the foreseeable future, our aim is to avoid further significant increases to you in the coming months.

We are very mindful of the shortage of supply to demand and as a company, we have increased our stockholding by over 45% this year alone to ensure we can best serve our clients. We are continuing to increase stock based on our predictions for the future.

All prices in our current 2021 price guides will be uplifted by 5%. At present, we will not be issuing new price guides in either digital or hard copy but you can expect revised copies in the coming months.
