Now that the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions are easing, we are seeing a steady return to work for many of our customers. The blind industry is definitely picking up momentum and we look forward to supplying you with quality products and again a great service for your projects.

Of course, going forward the health, wellbeing, and safety of all our employees and customers is paramount. We continue to implement health and safety advice to ensure that social distancing is enforced and that adequate PPE is available for all employees.

Extended credit terms and free hand sanitiser for customers
In order to support you in your safe return to the workplace, you can order PPE and protective screening range for your factory, warehouse, showroom, office from our ‘workplace ready kit’ page at www.yewdale.co.uk/news/workplace-ready-kit

To assist with the financial outlay we have extending our credit terms for your initial PPE order and we will also include a free bottle of sanitiser as a good will gesture. Please discuss this with your account manager before ordering.



Delivery Information
Your safety is a priority to us and we are following government guidelines and limiting contact when delivering orders.

We are still offering our same day and next day service for wholesale orders placed before 4pm. When placing orders for made to measure products please allow 5 working days, depending on the volume of orders we receive our delivery time may change and we will update you accordingly.

We’re working with our own Yewdale Elite delivery fleet and a third-party logistic partner DX Delivery to ensure a contactless delivery process. All deliveries via our Elite delivery team will, wherever possible, be pre-arranged with an agreed date for drop off.  

Our drivers will:

•    Wherever possible, be greeted externally to prevent them entering the building.
•    Avoid social greetings such as shaking hands and nudging elbows, to ensure we adhere to the 2-metre social distancing measures.
•    Hold conversations at a minimum of 2-metre distance and if paperwork needs to be exchanged, this will be done at arm’s length.
•    Not share pens to sign paperwork.

Unfortunately, we have less control over deliveries through DX and have been experiencing some delays with their service. Like all courier services they have been experiencing driver shortages as well as an unprecedent demand for their services. We are constantly monitoring our relationship with DX and will keep you informed of any updates to your order if it is delivered through DX and we are made aware of a problem.
