Email Terms

 
We love emails,  they're a great form of communication! Remember though, the content of the email messages and attachments originating from us, Yewdale Corporation Limited (trading as ‘Yewdale’), are transmitted to the intended recipient only and may be confidential. We accept no liability for the content each email contains, nor for any consequences of actions taken on the basis of information provided.
 
Just so you know, any views or opinions represented in the email messages we send are solely those of the sender and do not necessarily represent those of Yewdale. Employees of Yewdale are expressly required to adhere at all times to the core values of the business and at no point make defamatory statements or infringe / authorise any infringement of copyright or any other legal right by email. We will not accept any liability in respect of such communication, and the employee responsible will be personally liable for any damages or other liability arising. 
 
If you are not the intended recipient, please be aware that the disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action on transmitted information is strictly prohibited. Don’t try it! Therefore if you receive one of our messages in error, please forward it straight away on to admin@yewdale.co.uk and then delete it from your system. Thanks!
 
Another point: All email and attachments are scanned for the presence of computer viruses and gremlins. However, we really need to make you aware that all attachments you open are done at your own risk. Please note that neither Yewdale Corporation Ltd nor the person sending an email on the company’s behalf accepts any responsibility for any of such viruses.
