Fact: I’m the newbie!

I started with Yewdale in February 2020 having worked in customer service across the energy, financial and hospitality sectors. My working day consists of helping to resolve any after-sales queries and I will be analysing how we communicate with our customers, looking for the best practices so that our customers have a world-class customer experience with us. I like to keep as active as possible having lost a lot of weight a few years ago, which made me realise how important exercise is for both physical and mental health. I also enjoy some downtime with all the usual suspects in films, reading, gigs, a good TV series and of course – the sports!
